Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a 12 x 12 pergola constructed along with a small 6ft fence by our pool equipment and they built 2 new gates for our fence. It all looks amazing. Very satisfied and happy!!!!!

Derek and his crew did an awesome job with our concrete patio recently. We asked to have our little toddlers footprints stamped somewhere on our concrete and they were so patience with them and allowed them to do so. Derek kept great communications with us and followed up with the work. We couldn't be more pleased and our toddlers couldn't stop saying how much they love our new concrete patio! Great job on our patio. Slab & structure was completed by My New Patio & Fence. Entire project took less than 2 weeks. Derek was easy to communicate with and listen to what we wanted. We had the best experience with Derek and his crew! We had a previous damaged deck torn out as well as a very old concrete slab removed and the area was replaced with stamped concrete. Derek responded the same day we called (we had other companies call us back weeks later) and set up a time to see our area and give us a quote. He came prepared and was prompt and on time. My experience with My New Patio was a mixed bag; nothing great, but nothing horrible either. We hired My New Patio to replace our backyard fence. The gentleman who gave us the estimate and coordinated the job, Rod, was nice to begin and gave me a thorough understanding of the business during the estimate, but ended up being terrible at communicating with us once we decided to hire them for the job. He did not communicate with us proactively; I had to text/call him for updates and information. For example, when we decided to hire them, I called Rod on a Thursday evening. When I had my home built, I had spent a good amount of money on a composite deck only to see its foundation fail after just a few years. I was torn between salvaging the decking, which was still in great shape and redoing the foundation or scraping it altogether and going with stamped concrete. Boy, am I glad I opted for the latter. The patio looks great, is easy to clean and no longer gets hot in the direct sun like the composite decking did. I get so many compliments on it.
