We were having moisture and mold problems in our office. We called Stable Foundations and they came out and did an evaluation . They have completed the work and we do not have the moisture/ mildew problems we were having in the past. They were professional, reasonable and did a fantastic job ! I would highly recommend them.

We just moved into our house
and we started to smell a musty odor coming from the crawl Space. We did some research about crawl space encapsulations. We called multiple company’s and received multiple estimates for encapsulations. We decided to go with Stable, they were very knowledgeable and did not pressure us Into getting it done. Now after 2 weeks the musty smell is gone and we have peace of mind knowing all the moisture and mold is gone! Thank you stable! I highly recommend them!

If you’re having crawl space issues of any kind, you need to call Stable Foundations. From start to finish, our nightmare - wet crawl space, mold, standing water and wet insulation - was remedied the right way with the help of Doug, Matt, and the whole team at Stable Foundations. Our crawl space is a dream now - full waterproofing, new sump kit, and full encapsulation. Their proposal was competitive, but most importantly, they were honest and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. Stop looking for other companies. We were listing our house on the market and noticed cracks in our drywall and a door that was sticking. Our realtor told us to contact Stable Foundations. The estimator Vern was very friendly and knowledgeable. Vern told us we needed to have 2 helical piers installed underneath the center piers in the crawl space. We received other estimates from other companies with sticker shock prices. We had Stable perform the work. Fixed the issue and was able to sell our home. I would recommend Stable for there honesty and providing reasonable pricing.

Stable Foundations recently encapsulated our crawl space. From the moment they came out to provide us with a free inspection they were courteous and very knowledgeable. Matt Walder put together a detailed project plan and walked us through the process for encapsulating our crawlspace. His team worked efficiently over the next day and a half to complete the work. The crew was respectful and friendly. We also loved working with the ladies in the office to help us finance this project. We would highly recommend Stable Foundations.

We had issues of cracks in our drywall and sagging floors. We contacted several companies. One company that came out was very pushy and gave us a price for over $15,000. When we contacted stable foundations they were very honest of the issue and knew what needed to be done to fix the problem. We paid a total of $6,400. I appreciate the fair assessment and reasonable price. I would highly recommend giving Stable foundations a call.

I live in brandermill and i noticed water in my crawl space. We were recommended by friends to call Stable foundations. I sent in a inquiry through their website. Stable contacted my very quickly and came out and assessed the problems. The gentleman Vern was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to fix this issue. He provided a estimate and drawing. My wife and i decided to have Stable foundations do the work. We are very pleased with how well the waterproofing system works. No more standing water in our crawl space!
