Dishwasher not working. Showed up precisely on time. Gentleman took a look at my dishwasher, then wnt to fusebox and reset. Dishwasher worked again He explained that the controls are like a computer and occasionally need to be reset. Explained if it happened too often it may need a costly part. Charged for a service call and left. Told me if I wanted to order the part, he would apply the service charge. Agreed to wait and see for a few days. Honesty, customer care beyond anything I've ever seen before.

My 12 year old GE washer starting making a screeching noise when it started to fill with water. The water was also trickling in which it hadn't done before. I called GE repair and could not get past the recorded message. I called Authorized Appliance, left a voicemail and they called me back the very next morning. My concern was is the washer worth having repaired and they assured me it was. Don, the owner, and his associate came at the appointed time and fixed my washer. I was impressed by the whole procedure from the first phone call till they left. I would definitely give Authorized Appliance

Our ice maker was broken, and I called several companies to ask questions and talk about possible ice makers and service. I regret to say that I did not receive help on any level on from the ones that I called. But, I found Authorized Appliance in the list of companies, and would give them over a 5 star rating in every level of my contact with them. First of all, the young woman I talked with initially discussed my needs and told me exactly who I needed to talk to in their company. My oven (Bosch) glass shattered, so I called a dealer that Bosch provided with horrible service. I couldn't get them to call or text me back after the initial call. I call Authorized Appliance and they were beyond helpful! I explained by situation and Don the owner called me back within minutes with a status regarding the part. They called within a week to tell me the part was in and came the next day to replace the glass. Tyler the tech that provided the service was very kind and thorough. I really appreciated the great service; especially after my first attempt!!

Horrible service. Horrible follow up. Wait for them? no way as they have no problem ding a no show without a call. Call them again and a nice apology but no follow up
Their technical expertise is none existent. Have contacted whirlpool asking how they could possibly be an authorized service agent.
