We recently refreshed our house to put it on the market. Carol's Carpet was, by far, the easiest part of our whole renovation! They were so easy to work with and were able to replace the carpet quickly so we could list our house. Literally from the minute we walked in, all the way to the finished installation, everyone was so helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and their work!

My husband and i bought our first house and the carpet just needed replacing. Kyle was amazing! We ended up putting lvp through our whole house instead of the bathrooms and bedrooms! Kyle answers all my questions , he was patient with all my back and fourth decisions and he made this a really easy process for us! Carols carpet definitely has a good employee on their hands! Stephanie Wright worked with me every step of the way. She made helpful suggestions, but never pushed. She showed up when scheduled and always got back to me with the answers I needed. Stephanie was so easy to work with. Marcos and his crew also came when scheduled and on time. Knocked out three rooms in a little over five hours. They definitely knew what they were doing and cleaned up when they were finished. Very professional. Excellent work. I love my new LVP flooring!

Carol's Carpet is the best. My buying experience with this company was excellent. Debra Perlan was an exceptionally knowledgeable consultant with impeccable taste. The installation crew was very professional and took extra care with my furniture and clean up. It was a fun and easy day and the flooring is beautiful !
