I had a great experience with Chic Floors when they replaced the floors in my kitchen, breakfast room, laundry and dining room with porcelain tile. The work was well done; their communication and responsiveness to my questions and concerns were immediate and positive; and the price was highly competitive. We are Gleannloch Farms residents and recently contracted with Ihab of Chic Floors. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward educating us regarding the process. We made the decision to have engineered hardwood installed in four rooms downstairs. Sergio and his installers were extremely careful with the removal and replacement of our furniture. I highly recommend Chic Floors! They did an absolutely fabulous job. Even after there was an issue with the stone in terms of the color once it was applied on one wall, Karim and his team stepped up to rectify the problem immediately. I can’t say enough about Karim during this project and managing it from start to finish. I will definitely use them again for my next project.

I recently had Chic Floors remodel my master bathroom and they did an OUTSTANDING job!! I had granite countertops, bath and shower completely redone and LOVE IT! IHAB was absolutely wonderful to work with and his crew was top notch. Everyone was so polite and their workmanship was superb.I am very particular and love unique design choices and they helped me every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about Chic Floors. Amazing from start to end!
Our two cats spent the last 5 years destroying the carpet on our stairs. I finally admitted defeat and needed quotes to replace the carpet with wood laminate. Only 2 of the 4 people I called were willing to come to my house. Of those 2, Chic Floors (referred to me by Gabby W who I also see here in the Yelp reviews) was able to find a wood laminate that was nearly identical to what we had already in our dining room across from the stairs PLUS their quote was at least 33% less than the other quotes.
Karim showed up for the quote and called me to arrange the installation

I would highly recommend Chick Floors. Zaid made the entire process so easy. Their prices are the best and the quality is outstanding. The installers arrived exactly when Zaid said they would. I thought the job would take at least 3 days and the two men were done in just one day! The entire company went above and beyond the call of duty.

The team over at Chic flooring are outstanding. We had a tricky floor install where we wanted to replace carpet with wood in our dining room but in needed to match and tie into the existing wood floor around it. Ihab was able to help select a floor that matches great and the install guys did an outstanding job installing the new floor. They spent hours removing portions of the existing floor so the new floor would tie in seamlessly. The installers were very polite and friendly. This is a great company. Great job Chic Floors!

Chic Floors (Ihab) did an outstanding job installing wood floors in our family room, living room, dining room, master bdrm, stairs, and upstairs hallway. Spending the time to get the little details right (around fireplace, wood/tile transitions, and molding) was important to them and made the finished job look spectacular! They also had great post installation service. They put furniture felt pads on all our furniture, cleaned up right, and ensured that all our expectations were met. Highly recommend them.

We checked the known big box stores, did not get any help and mostly just estimated their price by piecing their little useful information together. They want to come to your house and charge for the estimate. With a budget and our own estimated figure in head, we visited Chic Floors, mainly because of numerous positive reviews.
Karim greeted us, he listened to our request to give a ballpark estimate for our countertop and flooring projects. He did not insist on coming to the house, he gave us his best guess, which came even lower

We bought floor tile from one of Chic Floors sales reps. But was given a different tile than was selected. (Bait and switch?) And was told we could simply return it and get a full refund. After about 4 weeks of not getting a refund. They finally refunded only 75% of our cost. Stating the tile manufacturer at 25% restocking fee.
All in all these people are unethical have poor customer service skills and poor communication skills. I don't recommend anybody buy from this store

As part of our renovation project, we decided to install engineered wood floors. Neither of us had much knowledge about the many products available and set out to learn. We wanted a local vendor and stopped at Chic Floors on Louetta. They were one of 3 local vendors we worked with extensively to get the best price, product and installation possible. Hands down, Karim with Chic Floors went above and beyond to assure us every step of the way that he would stand behind his product. Not to mention pricing. They were much more competitive than the two remaining vendors, both of which are family owned

The folks at Chic Floors were recommended by a few of our neighbors. We shopped around for a flooring company and came back to these guys because their price was reasonable. The staff were super helpful in finding the right type and style of flooring for us. The installers did a great job in less time than we had expected. On top of that, they took care of putting on the felt pads we purchased on all of our furniture, so it wouldn't scratch the new laminate once they set in place. They definitely stayed true to their word. We highly recommend them.

This past summer we used Chic Floors to replace our wood flooring and some carpeted areas with wood look tile. They did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with the outcome. We found them to be reasonably priced and very easy to work with. The installers were professional and I was surprised by how quickly and efficiently they worked. Great craftsmanship and it was evident they are experts in what they do. They were able to complete the job quicker than scheduled which is always a nice surprise. Highly recommend.

Chic Floors came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! We suffered flood damage and were faced with having to replace our entire downstairs flooring. Ihab was helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right material for our situation. The crew was amazing, demonstrating excellent craftsmanship and finishing the job on time. We couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently everything went.

I hired Chic Floors for kitchen granite countertops and backsplash installation and in the process sustained significant plumbing damage; to include a broken off (not cut) main drain pipe at the base of the wall and a broken off knob shut off valve. When I contacted Ihab, he became very defensive, stating "I told you they were not plumbers, if they broke it, they had to in order to do the work". Ihab refused to come on site to inspect the work, he initially told me NOT to forward him photos of the damages because he believed me, but then refused to pay the plumber that was currently in
