We have had Lexington Alarm at our house since 2016 and have been so pleased that we had two systems installed at our Arlington rental property to replace the ADT systems. We are especially grateful to the licensed electrician/alarm installer from Lexington Alarm for his prompt actions during the small electrical fire caused by the ADT tech's incorrect installation of a piece of equipment that precipitated an arc. Ben Hurley's immediate actions were commended by the responding Arlington Fire Department personnel as protective measures that prevented further damages. We are glad to now have Lexington

My alarm was apparently negatively affected by a short power outage in the late evening. Lexington emailed a concern about the loss of signal which i got the next morning. They scheduled an appointment and checked the system out and reset the system so that it worked properly.

I find the negative reiews odd (I could have written those about ADT, the previous company this house had- awful)
I can speak only to my own experience . We have had monitoring for years with LA and some complex rewiring and other work. All handled with courtesy, reasonable prices, people turning up when they were supposed to and basically no complaints. I might add that our contractor who deals with many alarm companies around Boston agrees. Lex Alarm is easy to work with.

I had service with Lexington Alarm for years. However recently when I was looking to upgrade they canceled an appointment with less than 24 hour notice and deceived me about the reason why I later came to find out. I went back and forth with them finally the sent a technician out to my home and at that point told me they couldn't perform the service and would not disconnect the service. I told the technician to get out and he got aggressive and indirectly threatened me with profanity in my home. I called the police who came to my home and they called the Vice President and he would not release

I wish I could put 0. They installed fire alarm systems in our building a month or two ago. An obnoxious alarm has been going off every five minutes for the last 18 hours! I can hear it over my tv, a/c....it's giving me a migraine. And when I took out garbage, I swear I heard the same alarm in the dumpster. So either one of my neighbors in another building is brilliant or I will never get this sound out of my head! When I called I was told they weren't done with the installation which might be causing this problem? Seriously? How many months do you need to make an alarm work properly

I purchased a home where a Lexington Security Systems was installed. After interviewing other companies I decided not to go with them. The salesman was angry and now I'm experiencing their revenge. The equipment is "malfunctioning" and going off early in the morning, 7 AM and at 1:00 AM. I have called the company repeatedly and their response has been that I must pay them $145 per hour of work in order to get the equipment uninstalled. Don't get involved with this company.
