The Tech cancelled on me multiple times. They charged me 4 times the amount quoted. Only after repeatly calling and back and forth emails did they reduce my bill to double the amount quoted, which I paid only to protect my credit. They upgraded perfectly good equipment without my consent and left me with a faulty motion detector. The staff was super friendly but incompetent.
