Comfort Medic came highly recommended and rightly so. Being an information junkie, I want to hear the whole story and I ask multiple questions. Frank was unhurried and explained everything to my satisfaction. He also gave me all the options and was not the least bit pushy, which is worth a lot in my book. I wish I had taken a "before" photo of my furnace, water heater, and water softener set-up because it looked like something out of a Dr. Seuss book. I asked them to find and repair a leak in September. They came out and said it was the coil so I paid to have them replace the coil. Well the leak is still there and perhaps even a little worse as it had leaked all the way to almost empty by Spring. So I notify Frank and he agrees to come over and recharge the system at no charge but wants to put off fixing the leak. It’s been almost 4 months and he keeps saying he’s coming over to do it but just never follows up. He agrees to recharge it once it stops cooling again (not a good experience as it usually happens on a hot day/night) but puts off

Frank was very professional, responsive, and kind. He did amazing work. He installed a new furnace and ac unit for us. He did not try to sell us on something of low quality or that we didn't need, like another company did when getting a quote. While we waited for our units to arrive he filled up our current ac unit free of charge so we could stay cool during the 90+ degree days. He explained everything in great detail but in a way which someone not in the industry could understand. He worked quickly and did high quality work. Comfort Medic did an excellent job for us. We had a complete HVAC replacement, and also added a mini split heat pump for our sun room. Frank was very thorough in listening to our needs and offering a variety of products to choose from. The workmanship was second to none. Comfort Medic protected all the carpeted area with drop cloths and everything was left in clean and orderly condition. So far we are delighted with the new systems.

Our AC unit finally bit the dust and we were referred to Comfort Medic by a family member. They were able to get us a new ac and furnace and have it installed in no time. Frank and his son did a great job on the installation and worked very clean and efficient. We will us Comfort Medic from now on and would recommend them to anyone!
