I have over 30 years Of experience in the construction industry. Let me help you in the construction/remodeling process to make the experience a good one for you. Our company was founded more than 20 years ago on the premise that we would build affordable homes that exceed the dreams of our home buyers.
From complete Custom Cabinetry, or cabinet door replacement to modular, we do it all. Most kitchen Remodels take from 3 to 4 weeks to complete. We will assist in setting up a temporary work station and understand how important this room is to the house. So we will work fast, clean and efficiently to get your house back to normal.
Bathroom remodels are quick and a great value for enhancing the value and comfort of your home. The average bathroom takes one to two weeks to complete, can include your individual style and fit within any budget. A quality bathroom remodel should include demolition down to studs, upgraded electrical, plumbing and insulation as well as quality waterproofing membranes.
I cannot recommend Doug Schultz highly enough. I have had him do two remodel projects for us on our home, and if I ever do another, he'll be the guy I call. Our Contractor(DJS) was beyond exceptional. He estimated the job would take 4 weeks and it was done in 3 weeks and 2 days. He is a wonderful communicator and I found him amazingly creative and easy to work with.

Doug and his team remodeled our downstairs, some exterior, and bathroom/attic upstairs in addition to a full HVAC upgrade in the entire house. DJS comes from the old school style of supreme craftsmanship. Not a job mill with fly by night operations or unsupervised crew - Doug is onsite every day and works alongside his crew to ensure the very best quality. Two years later our kitchen remodel is still the resplendent jewel Doug built. Doug also has pretty good design sense and can make good recommendations. He pointed us to vendors and suppliers who were top notch. I'd recommend DJS for
