I would recommend this company to everyone. It was the most reasonable and friendly. Very easy to work with. He (Dale) explained everything to us in away we could understand. He works with your schedule as much as they can. Great job. We got an egress window installed and it looks great. All I can say is it's a very reputable company.

Dale was amazing from start to finish. I reached out to him in late January and we scheduled the inspection. He drove from Westland to Lenawee County just for an inspection, it wasn't even a guaranteed job. He showed up with a smile, listened to what my plans were and how I thought things could work for my egress window. I had a previous company inspect for a quote and the gentleman was so hasty in his evaluation that he told me I couldn't put the egress in where I wanted it. I called and spoke with a person to set up for an estimate. Someone came out and said they would email me a quote and I've heard nothing else. I text the number stating I haven't received quote because I was told it's best to text, and I've still gotten no response. It has now been 3 weeks waiting.
I made an appointment with another company. They came out today and 1 hour later I already have a quote sent to my email.

If you're in need of an egress window these are the guys you want to use hands down! We got four quotes all together and Firescape was the obvious choice. Post installation, we're definitely glad we used them! The process from estimate to installation was seemless. Very knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

This business is by far the best in the area of you need an egress window. The owner is highly responsive (generally same day), and is willing to work around your schedule. The results were also highly satisfactory. The work looks good, and caused minimal inconvenience while the work was being done. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
