Oh god where do I start...what a horrible experience. Kevin was suppose to came out one day but reshxedueld on me about 3 times and the only wat to actually communicate with him was through his wife. My hot water tank wasnt working and he told me it could be one of 2 parts that was not working. He fixed one part and charged me $250 and before he left we tried to test it out but it was still no hot water. He told me to give it a few hrs for the tank to warm up. I gave it 24hrs and still no hot water...so I called and advised him the tank was still not working so he said it was the other part but
