Promise, promises, promises. But that was it. Wanted in home AC. They had competitive price and LOTS of promises competitor couldn't/didn't make. I believed them, I paid the price...literally and figuratively. Bobby w/this company promised a very nice AC unit.."Carrier or a Trane"..put in a lower quality unit. Promised internet/bluetooth connected thermostat...never got it. Promised to Finnish job on a certain date...nope nor the next 2 promised dates, would disappear for hours in the middle of installation, promised to make (for a cost of about $900.00) a new door for my filters

It was Memorial Day and our a/c stopped working. Bobby selflessly helped us try resolve the issue over the phone. But since we had a bigger issue he came down on a long weekend evening and diagnosed the issue . He came back next day with the part and swiftly resolved the issue. He even cleaned the blower fan and gave good insights on how to maintain the unit. He went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an HVAC expert.

These guys are saviors honestly! We were waiting almost two weeks on another company to fix our furnace by installing a new blower motor. I decided I couldn’t wait any longer because our house was freezing! These guys came and installed it only a day after calling them and now we have heat! So thankful! Very honest and efficient! These guys are the absolute best. I was pregnant in the middle of winter and the heat went out during a cold front, and they came and fixed the heat quickly, were SO nice, kind and pleasant to be around. Cost was good, they were super time efficient, and we have had zero issues since!! This company is wonderful.

Have had to make two emergency calls to On Time, and not only did they fix everything without any follow up issues, but the employees were super lovely, professional, and efficient with their time. Plus, their pricing was great! In a sea of HVAC businesses, this one is like a glorious land mermaid. Could not recommend them more highly.

My furnace had quit on me so I sent a request in to Home Advisor. Bobby replied to my request within minutes and called me shortly after. He showed up about 30 minutes later. He was friendly and didn’t mind me looking over his shoulder. He checked many possibilities for the malfunction and determined my furnace had given up the ghost. Bobby provides me with many options from the least expensive to the most. I found his pricing very reasonable after my own research on average furnace replacement costs. I would highly recommend On Time Heating and Air to anyone. Thanks Bobby!

I'm a new homeowner and a friend referred me to On Time after I had a bad experience with a different company. Bobby was so different! He explained what needed to be done in detail and even the mechanics and science behind the actual job. He didn't just say 'this is broke you need to fix it' like so many repair people do. As always happens, just as its getting incredibly cold my furnace stops working. I called On Time Heating & Air and had the pleasure of speaking with Bobby. I know he was busy, but he took the time to help me get my furnace working with a quick hack that will get me by until they can actually come out for the permanent fix. I couldn’t believe he knew the trick to get my very old furnace functioning so I could stay warm! Very very happy that this was the first and last call I needed to make!

Excellent experience! It's usually stressful and a little uncomfortable letting anyone into your home to do repairs, but Bobby was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable that he quickly put my mind at ease. The entire repair was done promptly and efficiently and I was left with feeling like he truly cared about the work he had done.
