I manage several rental properties and have called FL Services on different occasions for different purposes. All I can say about them is that I text them with my problem, they text me back within 30 minutes and are on the scene in a few hours. They always have the parts needed and get the job done that day. Their prices are competitive and even if they were more expensive than other companies, I wouldn’t care because I love good service.

Had 3 estimates this company was the best w/price and unit they provided I was pleased with. Had to follow my gut and this company for sure gave me a good feeling that I was doing right. Being a women I googled and knew what questions to ask pertaining to this big expense. All my questions were answered and no BS I was given. Reasonable price - good quality and was treated with respect. Very pleased I am and would recommend this company to anyone in which I have.

I’m not big on writing reviews but with the type of exceptional service my family received from FL Services Heating & Cooling, I felt compelled to write one. Fabian came to our rescue on two separate occasions. The first one was about two weeks before the deadly freeze that befell Texas. My husband had replaced a bad blower wheel but we had no idea that some of the fins had damaged some coils. Fabian came out to our home late at night and realized that we had damaged coils and he was able to get our heater running again within minutes. The second time Fabian helped us was last month when the
