I called this morning before you know it an hour later he was at my front door very professional he went straight to work he found all the issues and more and I loved the way he handled and explain everything with patience to me and I love the way they handle their calls they sent me a photo of the technician that was coming to my door it made me feel even more safe and that I made the right decision to go with HVAC experts a Non-Stop communication between me and them thank you so much my experience isn't totally over with them they're still more work to be done but I believe I'm in the greatest

Easy to make an appointment for next day to repair our AC. Very professional. Corey came and checked the whole system and gave us recommendations and several different options to fix and add safety features our unit lacks. We chose to become a diamond member to get their perks and start regular maintenance. Would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC service.

I'm happy I started using this company, Sal has been out a couple times along with a few other people and everyone has figured out any problem we've had and explained everything well. The prices for labor and repairs were a lot more reasonable than quotes I've gotten elsewhere too, and our unit is running ten times better than it did when another company supposedly fixed our issues. Their response time is awesome, I've usually had someone out no later than the next day and they've always been on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Great service and technicians. My a/c units are on my roof. When I had a new roof installed, the roofers messed up the wiring. I got home and it was 89 degrees in my house. As soon as I called, they had an amazing technician named Zachary Moersch come out within the hour. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and repair it quickly as well. I’m super appreciative of these guys, and huge thanks to Zach.

Zach and Christian worked until past midnight to remove our old A/C and Heating system and install the new one. I told them they could come back, but they didn't want to leave us without A/C. I highly recommend this company and their workers. They were polite and helpful and really knew what they were doing. Actually I felt like Zach and Christian were on a mission, not just on a job.

I honestly, was not too sure who to call or what to do when my ac unit kept freezing up. So I did some googling and found this company. After reading a few of their reviews, I decided to call them first! The professionalism and assurance I received from that conversation sold me! There was no need to call anyone else! I even received a same day appt! Corey, the tech that came out today was awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this business to everyone!!!

If I could give Christian Acosta, and HVAC Experts 50000 stars I would! (The number is NOT a typo) Christian was extremely professional, and eager to help. Always told me what he was doing next, and fix the problem that we had. Educated me on all the services they offered and gave me extremely great advice for their services! My wife is pregnant and we were without AC throughout the entire evening. And HVAC experts, Christian Acosta, hats off to you, if it weren’t for you it would’ve been a very bad night. This company is the epitome of true customer service and the name really fits. Sal and Christian professionalism and great work ethic exceeded expectations. Also, Charmin who set the appointments, from the initial service call to check the unit up to scheduling the new installation. She was very friendly and gave comfort of trust. Being a Marine I will say that I do appreciate them employing a fellow veteran. I will recommend them to everyone I know. They are definitely squared away and have their stuff together great job!
