We had the pleasure and misfortune of working with SERVPRO of Hamilton County twice in 2017. In late January 2017 the oil furnace in our 100+ year old house experienced a puffback, sending smoke and soot throughout. Disaster - wallpaper, curtains, carpets, clothing, bedding, etc. etc. all ruined. I cried. :( We found a place to stay since the… house in its sooty, smelly state was uninhabitable. Our insurance agent gave us contact info for SERVPRO. Our electronics were handled by another firm, as were the art and collectibles and clothing/linen/fabrics. SERVPRO handled the rest.
