Five Star responded very quickly to my request for an estimate. The estimate was clear and easy to read. Very reasonable considering the task estimated. There was a raw sewage backup, in which 10” of sewage water was present. Jimmy and his crew removed ALL the debris, mucked out the awful sludge, sprayed area and placed a de humidifier and several dryers. I could not be any happier with the project. If needed, I will only call Five Star.

Well we were going to hire them for another job on our house but after they took 8 weeks to do a 4 to 6 week job and were not very responsive and only did so when I asked for manager this is not good. In fact, we asked several times for folks to call us back and they never did. The workers were very professional and very nice and did good work but the timeline was ridiculous. Also the fact that we never got communication from project managers unless we reached out is completely unacceptable. We lived with no master bathroom and a tore up office from late April until late July and that was ridiculous

I had a huge branch of my tree fall into my house. Once I had the tree removed, I needed a tarp to keep the exposed room and attic dry. They sent out a team to put on a tarp. They charged my insurance company $5,000. They did not do it properly. The tarp spanned a large area, and when it rained, it not just leaked, it flooded the room that I… just had remediated. In May, I had a leak of my washing machine. Things started off great and I was told they would also do the repair work but they just dropped me and left me stuck finding someone else. Im still confused why it all ended up being replaced from floor to dry wall, they kept dryers there for like a week of which insurance was charged. Five Star Complete Restoration came to the rescue when my neighbors washing machine pipe broke and leaked into my unit. The restoration services came out the next day and got the job started quickly. Colin, Russ worked together with the restoration crews to help schedule the drying and repair of my bathroom ceiling as I am expecting a baby any day now and was in a bit of a rush to get it fixed. Five Star Complete Restoration did a great job with our drywall/mold abatement problem near Indianapolis. Very professional restoration crew, cleaned up before they left, left my place in a good state. Would hire again. I didn't get any names, but the water damage restoration crew that came at the end to take the equipment away did more than expected with the cleanup, both guys. I'm very satisfied with this company. I had a leak coming from my bathroom toilet on 1/27/2016, and they came quickly. Not only did they address the issue fast but they took their time to explain the cause and what the process would be. They removed all infected drywall and ceiling. they made sure that all other furniture and my personal stuff got… taken care. They took care of the water damage that same day. I will said that the equipment was rather loud but other than that i was very pleased. I met the repair estimator Jim who was very informative and provided me not only with their information

Five Star was hired by another company to make repairs from water damage to my house. Their team came in and punched holes in my walls for a drying device that was left running in my house for 3 days. They also ripped up a portion of my hardwood floor to match it later. Once the walls were dry they came and removed their equipment and we were told… they would be able to fix the floor, walls and baseboards in one day. We were also told they did not make our type of flooring anymore and the way it was installed is not done any more. We believed them and allowed them to schedule the repair
