We just had our air conditioner replaced today by this company and I can truly say that I was amazed by the service that I received from this company. The price was very competitive and the service and extras that we received are hard to monetize. The owner came out and did the estimate and final close out. The install team was amazing. They redirected one of of my ducts that was underpowered and now is providing a lot of air to our master bedroom that was previously always higher in temperature. I have been around for awhile and can say that you could not beat the product and service that we received

I had several AC companies come out to quote a job. It was a complex job as we needed to relocate the central AC to another part of the house as to remodel the kitchen. We ended up going with the mini split system which Thurman and team knocked out of the park. They were very professional, on schedule, and cleaned up after the job. If you need anything AC related do yourself a favor and use Mintz!!!

Called Mintz a couple of months ago for a complex 2 story mini-split installation and they did a great job. Thurman, the owner, was awesome and he made sure the installation was done with the highest quality. He was responsive throughout the process and his crew was professional. They completed the job on time and even though he incurred additional expenses along the way, he billed me exactly what he quoted me. Highly recommend Mintz.

It's really difficult to find reliable, on time, honest and affordable contractors in south Florida, but Mintz heating and cooling nailed it! I've used Mintz Heating & Cooling on three separate occasions for two properties. Thurman and his staff show up quickly and fix the problem right away. They are very knowledgeable and have taken care of warranty issues directly with the manufacturer (so i didnt need to be involved).
