We bought our place here in Florida a few years ago. I called a recommended company to evaluate my a/c system. They said I needed about $500 worth of parts and labor for the outside unit. The parts looked new to me, since I have worked on cars in the past. I called Carlos at Air Rescue. He came down and evaluated my unit and said it just needed a little coolant. He said the parts are new, that the other company wanted to replace. Fast forward 2 years, I had a problem with the a/c at night and Carlos took my call and evaluated the problem with me over the phone and said he would be there first thing

Air Rescue came to my home a short time ago to service my A/C that I thought may need Freon coolant. He checked pressures, serviced and added sealer to my system. Then charged me $350 and was out of there as fast as he could! He was not at my home much more then a 1/2 hour. Never bothered checking the system inside. I believe Carlos was the technician! Not long after, my system was running weak again. I checked the inside evaporator myself and it was froze up. I let it defrost and saw much dirt, saturated dust and debris on the evaporator cooling fins. After cleaning the evaporator fins myself

Awesome service - Denise, Office Manager, always friendly and responsive. I was out shopping and came home to a hot house - called her. She called back in a few minutes and told me Carlos would be here within an hour. And he was! Carlos always arrives with a smile and had the problem fixed quickly. This company is the best!

****** 6 stars..... These guys deserve it. Hands down, the best experience of quality, care, customer service and satisfaction. I was blown away by their professionalism, good human nature and attention to detail. I had issues in my MB, It was too hot all of the time. It's the last room of the house and it takes forever to actually cool down. By the time its starts to cool down, the rest of the house is already at the temperature that is set and therefore the last room always get the shaft. I ordered a split system from comfort.com which I checked in with Mario and he suggested the unit needed to be GE so he may have the parts in case it broke at a later date. After it was installed, it didn’t work. He then left it not working, and did not check it prior to installation and now I can’t return it. I’m 1400.00 in on an installed unit that doesn’t work. I called him and he spoke EXTREMELY poor to me using bad words and pointing the finger to me as if it was my fault. He used words like “unrepresented” as if I had no basis to why I ordered this GE split system. It’s almost

Had no A/c > called Air Rescue. Carlos was there very quickly and on time. diagnosed Compresser fan motor needed replacing. Changed out very fast A/C working again. Carlos is very Professional and conscientious> goes the extra mile to get the job done first time .he will stay with job until finnished. Ive used them before .same result. very short a/c downtime. house cool again fast. great job.

I recently changed a screen porch into a Florida Room. I wanted to be able to use the room year 'round. After having a consultation with Air Rescue, it was determined that the best way to cool this room was to have a ductless air conditioner installed. Everything was explained to me clearly. The device was installed in an area where it can't be seen and it is so quiet. I highly recommend Air Rescue!
