Please be careful with these guys. Paid them to come look at my pool heater, they then call and tell me to fix my pool heater will cost approximately $2k and that it's better I buy a new heater for $5500. Called another company for a second opinion and got my pool heater working great for $700. They will scare you into buying new equipment make sure to get a second opinion when dealing with these guys.

I cancelled installation after very frustrating encounters with people in this company. I had been receiving emails for about a year from them after inquiring online. I finally decided to go with it and called for someone to inspect my pool and property.
When I called, Debbie gave me times for an appointment when I would not be there. She said that Dennis could just come out and look at it when I wasn't there and give me a quote after. I said no because I wanted to be there to ask questions and find out prices. I've never had a pool heater before. Debbie said that he would be there

Just had a pool heater installed in my pool after 5 years ago my old one quit on me. Spoke to Dennis and Kevin both great guys as they were courteous ands helpful with any and all information I needed to make my decision. Didn't even demand payment up front, after signing the contract the system was installed within 48 hours. In 24 hours my pool was 90 degrees! That was after the cold snap we had last week! Thanks to these guys I have my pool back! Couldn't be more satified with the product, service and level of professionalism.

Do not use this Comapny they are arrogant and argumentative. In all my years in the Miami area and doing business with many companies I have never encountered such a failure to communicate and to speak and understand people. I called to install a solar heating roof sensor on the newly renovated house. The team of two technicians arrived as scheduled. They installed both a new solar heating control box and also a roof peak solar sensor with a long wire so the heating function will work correctly all the time.
The technicians have been with this company for some time and worked on my swimming pool system before, so they knew about the pool systems. I appreciate this longevity in a service company. They performed the services expertly and quickly. I depend on this company because it has performed well.

The estimator was quick to come to my home and I received a written quote the next day. The owner was willing to work with me on my schedule when I said I would like the work done at a later date. He has promised to get back with me at that time and see if we still want the work done. They are very patient and thorough in explaining the work they will do. I will write another review once the work is done but so far, it's been a positive experience.

I would highly recommend South Florida Pool Heating for any pool heating repair or installation. I found Dennis and Debbie in the office to be very professional, taking time to answer every questions and explain every option. After Jody had come out to analyze our situation Dennis recommended the system he felt would be the best choice for our pool and spa. The job was scheduled a few days later, the installers arrived at the exact time we expected them, and actually completed the job in less time than estimated. I called because my jacuzzi / pool heater decided to die on me. I spoke with a Debbie who was very friendly and took my information down. I was sure to tell her I needed a 400,000 BTU unit. She took my info and said someone would call me back.
About an hour or so later I got a call from Kevin but I was unable to take his call right away. He left a message and I called back within 15 minutes and began to tell him what I needed when he interrupted me and asked me "How did you get this number?" I stated that I called the 800 # and left a message with Debbie and you just called me back

On fri june 26th i had 9 solar pool heating panels installed. 3 guys did it in 3 hrs. They were nice installs and went over system briefly. The company was not a fan of pulling permits and said ok i save several hundred dollars as its just plastic. Well i got screwed. On tue June 30th the panels started to leak and since i was not home i lost 7 inches of water in my pool plus a flooded backyard. Called company up like 2pm and told tomorrow someone will come out at 9am
Person was here by 930am and fixed issue in 15 min. Some of the parts were not attached right so they opened at the joints

Had to replace a pool heater and we got the best price even with the shipping fee to Virginia included of all the places we contacted . Dennis was so wonderful, following up with me and answering lots of questions we had. Information and prices were faxed. When we placed our order, it was quickly acknowledged and we received our Pool heater very quickly.
