I was searching to replace a old door with a bad frame install job. Factory Windows and Doors came highly recommend by both Google and Yelp so we went with them. The install was very professional. They put up dust barriers and vacuumed when done. The new door works wonderfully and the install looks pro. Willie my salesmen was always there for any questions along the way and helped us pick the right door for our home. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend using them.

Factory Doors and Windows are AMAZING COMPANY. My family and i have been using them for over 30 years. They did my church and the church also has a school in it 30 years ago. The windows were so great. We just redid the whole church 2 years ago and we changed them out. They lasted and did great for 30 years. Now i needed windows and new front storm door in my home and I wouldn’t call anyone but this company. Willie is the man. He is a pleasure to work with and such a nice guy. He is so well educated in the windows and what to do and not to do. I wouldn’t use any other company for my windows

Willie was a pleasure working with. He was personable and informative. I had several other quotes and his price was by far the most reasonable. He was on time for the estimate and also came by the day of installation to check in. His crew was also great to work with. They did a fantastic job and they cleaned up very well after the work was done (which I find to be a rarity). When they left it was like they were never here except for the finished product :)

They're meticulous throughout the whole process. They were and an absolute pleasure to deal with punctual, respectful, clean, and provided a top notch product. So far they have replaced my entry door and updated 5 windows in my home. We will definitely hire them on our next project.

Factory Doors and Windows installed a new custom front door for our house. Willie and his team were very professional. Willie has a great attention to details, made sure the new door would fit perfectly within our space and kept me updated throughout the project. The installation team was efficient, courteous and did a great job. Overall a great experience from start to end and we love our new modern and energy efficient front door! I highly recommend them.

The windows made a world of difference with the look of the house. Willie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the windows and the need of the house and visited us multiple times to make sure all is correct. The workers who installed the windows were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves and the pricing was very competitive. I highly recommend this company!

Willie went above and beyond in helping me pick out two exterior provia doors. He made multiple (far) trips to our house, prepared with all the catalogs and color/wood samples. He was very patient, responsive in texts/calls/emails, and helpful in explaining all the options as we put the door details together. Also, out of all the companies I called that sold the door by itself (without installation since I had my own contractor), only Willie offered to drive out to help me measure the door openings in person.
