We purchased 2 storm doors from Morningstar a few weeks ago. Danny was so knowledgeable and personable and he was not at all pushy! We felt like we knew him for years, lol! He recommended ProQual for the installation and he made us feel very confident using this installer. When I decided what kind of door I wanted for my entryway by far Morningstar was the right decision. The service is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. They put me right at ease compared to the home improvement stores. This job exceeded our expectations when Mark was finished and he cleaned up so well. I had to have my Garage window replaced due to a crack in the pane. I was worried that it was going to be a big process!! However, Jordan came to my house today to repair / replace the window for me and he was AMAZING!!! He is very professional, quick and full of information! We were absolutely blown away by the knowledge and expertise of Dave Jr., and his presentation in the showroom left us feeling sure we were making the right choice with such a big decision for our home. We love that it is a family owned business, run by people who really know their product. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions… and concerns. Our windows were installed a few days ago. We chose to go with a black grid window and black french doors. They are AMAZING!!! I give Morningstar Doors and Windows, Inc. a 5 .0. The quality , workmanship are by far the Best in the Industry !! But we must take the most important look at the Family Owned Business that it is , and the Staff which is part of the Family. Once you walk into the Showroom you are greeted with a smile and ready to help. Then the fun begins you are… in the world of I want it ALL ! Pure Quality jumps out WOW .
