Scheduled an appointment with them two weeks ago. They called to reschedule a few days before, which is fine. Gave a 2 hour window for their arrival. When that window came and went, we tried calling several times. Every time to voicemail. No call back. That's cool... I mean, I have nothing to do in the middle of a week day either.

If you need service, just give them a bad review. They always show up shortly after. They came and finished the job, if that's what you call it. Dead branches everywhere. Oh and I also learned my tree is dying. When we first spoke they said it was healthy. Who knew?? I'll be finding another company to give my money to.

I worked with Loren and his crew last year to prune and fertilize several trees, bushes, and vines. I found Loren to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, as was his crew. All the work was done in a timely manner, including yard cleanup. My trees, shrubs, and vines all responded wonderfully to the organic fertilization, especially an sickly honeysuckle vine that I was worried would die. I have recently contacted Loren to come back and do some more tree work and fertilization this spring and assess any problem areas that might need his expertise. I highly recommend doing

We contacted Arbor Works for tree removal (nine large pine trees), stump removal and pruning. They were great! We are very happy with their service. My fiancé was in contact with Loren on our project. Loren was knowledgeable, professional and communicated clearly about what to expect. The crew was on time and the work was completed in the time frame estimated. Our yard was in perfect condition after they had left. We quoted the same job with others and their bid came in the lowest. They have great customer service. We will be contacting them for future jobs. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Arbor Works for any tree service. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. I had several questions about trees and other plants in my yard and they took the time to answer all of them. I requested them to do some extra stump grinding to tackle some large roots, and they took care of it perfectly. They are extremely polite. And their prices are very reasonable! These guys came and removed 4 live elm trees from my property, a dead elm from my neighbors yard that was hanging over my house, and trimmed up some massive elms in the neighbors yard while they were there. I appreciated their willingness to help my neighbor out since she is not in a financially great place but needed these trees worked on desperately. I also found their price for me to be very good. They showed up on time and the work was good. There was a snafu with the communication about stump grinding, since they subcontract that work out and it was to happen on another day, which I wasn&apos

We worked with Chris and Loren at Arbor Works to remove some very large elm trees from our back yard. They did a great job quickly and cleanly!
Pros: Very prompt(!) with getting the bid and scheduling the work, excellent communication throughout the process, they worked with us to get a competitive final estimate, they were willing to work around our schedules, and they cleaned after the tree removal beautifully. Finally, there was no damage to the grass lawn, surrounding fences, or nearby trees despite the large scale of the work was done.
Cons: accidentally knocked down the cable internet line

Loren, Chris and the entire crew are absolute professionals. We needed a large pine tree removed from our backyard and it was not an easy job. Neighbor's garage next door, power lines, phone lines - all conspired to make this a tricky job. The crew arrived right on time and completed the job quickly, professionally and did a great cleanup too. I highly recommend these guys - they care about the environment and about their customers. Wow is all I can say! We had several trees trimmed and a large Austrian Pine removed. The pine was right next to the house so we were nervous -- but didn't need to be. The crew took the tree down in pieces to protect the house. They were extremely professional, efficient, and cleaned up the yard when they were done. We have tried several tree trimming companies, this is by far the best. The price was right in the ballpark of other quotes and extremely fair. We recommend Arbor Works to anyone who needs help with their trees. We will definitely be using them again.

HIGHLY recommend! So professional - Loren took a long time with us to talk through what we needed even when we weren't happy to have to remove some trees. Jimmy and his crew were here on time, asked lots of questions to be sure he understood what we wanted, explained what they were doing and why and they CLEANED up everything! As a rule, I don't write reviews. Arbor Works did such a fantastic job pruning the trees on our property that I've made an exception. Several years ago we used another company to trim our London Plane trees, and they "butchered" them. Arbor Works re-pruned them and positioned the trees to grow back into their natural and appropriate shape. They also trimmed several other trees that were in need of various degrees of pruning and thinned out a naturalized area behind our home that had become overgrown. The 6-man crew was fantastic. They explained everything they were doing, did a phenomenal job,

I don't usually take time to write reviews but these guys deserve special accolades. From the bid through project completion Arbor Works has been nothing but professional. I have had crews out twice to cut down small groves of trees and to do stump grinding. The crews were respectful of my property and took great care to do their best. I will absolutely call Arbor Works for all of my tree needs in the future.
