Bought a rather expensive outdoor sofa that arrived with no cushions, if you call and ask, they will tell you it doesn't come with them. When you reply confused, they will redirect you to the website. Then tell you to keep scrolling, and then you have to put your detective jacket on grab your microscope and go though their website to the page and after the description of the sofa and it's lovely cushions.... keep on going and way down the page when it will say cushions sold separately, in a deliberately misleading location... their sales techniques are by no means transparent and you

Unfortunately the quality of his rugs are not the same as when he was supplying them to RH. I have several RH Ben Soleimani rugs in my home including a cowhide that has no issues. However, with this Ben Soleimani Arlequin rug that I purchased back in June of 2019 it is starting to wear in one of the corners. Customer service said no vacuum cleaner head with any sort of bristles should be used on these handmade rugs, which is why my Neato Botvac only has the rubber blade brush attached to it. I use this same vacuum throughout my home cleaning the other several rugs including the other cowhide

BEWARE! Thought I was buying a wool rug from their description. "Any space becomes a showplace with this hand-knotted statement rug, which pairs fine wool pile and silken fibers with metallic shimmer." It is not at all a wool rug, it is a viscous rug that I would never buy knowingly as you cannot clean it. Their customer services manager insisted that this description was not misleading. That experience with her was even worse than the uncleanable stain on my brand new rug. Never ever again.

It was an extremely painful process to get a navy leather tray which took over three months. Most of that I understand due to COVID but Ben Soleimani could have handled those challenges much better. My main issues can be summarized as 1) poor processes and lack of proactive and accurate communication 2) inflexible policies for compensation in exceptional circumstances and 3) misleading practices of showing products as able to be shipped online sooner than they can, when they are knowingly not yet available.

Just had my rug delivered and your delivery team was INCREDIBLY professional, careful, polite, considerate, on time, called before arrival, etc etc. All the things you SHOULD be able to take for granted, but in reality cannot. I was really impressed. Of course the rug is gorgeous also :). The quality is great. But that last mile is always tough for a business and to have that great of service on delivery was such a pleasant surprise!

Guys- this was my first purchase from this company.. I ordered a beautiful REVE rug 12x15 and it's absolutely stunning!! Looks like Picasso hand made this pure art that fills my room. My friends and family just LOVE IT! This piece is super luxurious hand made material and the feel is so soft I can't even explain it. My wife thinks I'm sick because I actually stare at it and can see the pure love and details that went into this rug - my heart just goes pitter patter.. I will NEVER buy another rug from anywhere else. Next on my list.. An amazing furniture piece from this place
