So our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave ...Havi was able to come out within a few hours notice on a Sunday - and within the expected time frame. He installed a new thermostat ...upon realizing that the thermostat wasn't reaching the desired temperature and the fan wouldn't stop blowing, we called back ... Havi came out again on the same day - realized the thermostat wasn't installed properly, fixed it quickly and efficiently, apologized and went on their way. So far my experience with them has been very up front, professional and honest. They were not the cheapest but were reasonable. I'm waiting for them to get a filter part in and will update once that's finished.
When another company said it would take a week to get a part in (wrote a review of the other company as well) Kreimer came by to see the necessary part, went to the local store to purchase the motor and had it installed within a couple hours of calling them.
I'm pleased they were able to fix it so quickly when another company said it would take 7 days to get the part
