Bad experience buying tile here. All lies and false sales. I tried going back to talk with her, but Martha was so rude, she hung up on me, then I went in and she said she would call the cops if I didnt leave becasue I asked for a refund.

Horrible service, rude and a liar. This person Martha lies to everyone then tries to play the victim. Prices are not even nice, but then you ripped off on what you buy and what you order. All cheap stuff. Wont refund money, installation is horrible as well.

Store hours donât matter here. Was there from 9am - 930am on a Wednesday and they didnât open. Came back at 4pm and an employee or person running the store said they were closed and that I should return when they open at 9am. When I mentioned being there at 9am he made an excuse about having to be on a job site at 9am. Very poor customer service. The store hours are posted in front 9am - 5pm

We were almost happy until they reach the finishing part. The owner/contractor promised they will also do the bottoms of the door jamb but her worker didn't. It took several days for them to come back. When they finally came back to do the job, it was unsatisfactory. For the money we spent for the project, if I was the owner/contractor, I would have spent another $15-$30 for the material to match the existing jamb.
Instead, the finishing touches look like they cut a piece of wood and squeeze them at the bottom. Not too happy.
