This place is hands down a gem....the staff is polite friendly and knowledgeable. The process are competitive and they dont try and upsell you unnecessary items or push promotions.
I ended up coming back because I needed just 1 tile to finish off my bathroom and rather then having to buy a box, the gentleman at the front just gave me the piece...that's great customer service and how you gain future business.
I recommend this place with out a doubt...

I just had an great experience at OWT. I highly recommend if you are looking for amazing variety of products and great customer service. I worked with Mike mostly, but everyone there was really exceptional. They were attentive and spent a lot of time helping me identify what I needed and my options. I will go here overtime in the future, and think it far exceeds Home Depot or other vendors. The drive was easy. They have parking and they were super ready to help and had very competitive pricing. Cant say enough for this store and how amazing they were.

My handyman recommended this store as I was unimpressed with the selection of floor tile at Home Depot and Lowes, and needed to purchase something in stock for my installation this weekend. From the moment I walked in I received excellent service. I was greeted and shown different options of what they had based on what I had in mind. The man helping me was very patient and took time to discuss tile options and grout colors. I had been to at least five different tile stores before this one and was not given this level of service at any of them. The representative also gave me a really GREAT price

When I walked in, I had three men look up at me and then continue whatever they were doing. Not even a "hello" or "do you need help". I started looking around myself and then when I had questions, I had to approach them. While I was asking questions, it felt as if the man was more interested in being done with me than my business.
They didn't have what I wanted but even if they did, I doubt I would return to this store. Manners go along way with me. I guess they have enough business to not need basic manners.

We went in looking for subway tiles for a kitchen backsplash. We recently looked into granite counters and planned to spend a couple K, with some help from Luke we figured out a way to cut our costs in half without reducing material quality. Super knowledgeable and helpful, with competitive prices. To quote my partner, "HE [Luke] IS AWESOME!"

Great competitive prices! we were remodeling our new home, and these tiles sure beat the prices of stores like Home Depot! We got some simple tile for backsplash for 1.99 a square foot. It would have been at least 8 bucks at another chain brand. Sketchy area, but they have parking in the back and a back entrance.
