After speaking with a few companies, we went with 365 Solar for our solar panels. They handled everything from obtaining permits, design, installation, and follow-up. They also upgraded our electrical panel at a nice discount, which was appreciated. Our main contact was the sales manager Troy. He walked us through the process, kept us up to date, and always patient with our questions. We reached out numerous times after our installation whenever we had questions and Troy was always quick to respond and resolve. Glad we went with 365 has been an overall pleasant experience.

Just had 365 Solar company installed the 38 pieces solar panels on my roof last month. Troy is really knowledgeable, honest and responsible for his client. He responded to all my questions and concerns. He kept us on the loop since the beginning of the project and he went over every little thing on the project with me. Troy even ask their install team to relocated the solar panels to the front of the roof due to the neighbor's tree shade cover on the panels after the installation is already completed. Highly recommend for someone wants get solar panel.

Troy is knowledgeable, honest, and out-front with the design recommendation, quote, and plans/schedule . The installers are efficient professionals who pretty much finished putting-up 19 solar panels, an inverter inside my garage, and a 240 volt NEMA 6-50 outlet in less than 2 days.
The price is not the lowest but is at least 20% lower than other name-brand company with the comparable products (Q-Cell panels and Solar Edge optimizer/inverter).
The project took about 7 weeks to complete from contract signing to city issuing the permit. SCE took another 3 weeks to approve my Net Metering application

First one ,price is lowest per watts in four companies that I get quotes from ,around 10% lower than other competitors,
Second ,financing is the part that Troy wins the most ,low financing charge (14% less than other competitors)14 %of that saved me around $5000 with very low APR ,I think this is the part most of the solar company made money from ,which I would say 365 Solar is honest and transparent to me and made me decide

365 Solar moving fast. It only took three weeks from the first quote to the completion. Troy proved a great help and excellent service to us and didn't give me any chance to pick bones from egg. He tailored the right size for us and explained everything to me from how the solar works to all the permits and warranties. Basically I learnt everything that I need for my solar.
Speaking of the constructor, Jesus and Tony, they are good as well, complete all 23 panels in 2 days with only two of them. Passed the inspection from county at the first time which is hard for most of the company. Awesome

After getting two other quotes we desided to purchase the 365 Solar system. Troy is very knowledgeable and is more of a soulation consultant than a salesman. They exceeded all of our requirements on how the system would look. You can not see it from the street. Their installation crew is outstanding. I worked in the electrical industry and saw very few contractors that were as detailed oriented and through as 365's crew. No short cuts on the quality of the equipment the installation took less 3 days. 365 Solar is taking care of all the paper work

We have scheduled appointment with them in late August, after done meeting with 4 solar companies (Including Sunpower) and discussion with family we have decided to go with 365 Solar for their high wattage Korean panel and very competitive pricing they offered us.
Troy kept us in the loop and walked me over the whole process step by step, and we have our solar panels installed within one month! The whole installation was smooth and they have installed the new electrical panel

I have to leave a positive review for this company.
The sales told me the process would take from 2-3 months to have solar panels put on my roof after we signed everything with them but I had my solar system turned on in less than 3 weeks!
Johnny and Troy were great to work with and I did not need to do anything other than receiving follow ups on the project.

I previously have contacted this company to ask for a quote on my parent's house and their price is fair and the solar system was top branded since my husband spent time and did a lot of research so we know they are legit.

Met with owner to go over my solar project for my house in Azusa, I showed him my utility bill and was expecting him to tell me how to design the correct size of my system.
He explained the rate we have been paying to my power company and compared it with couple of their solar programs, he educated me how low the rate our local utility charges and solar won't make financial saving in short run if I want to save money by going solar now.

We have been doing some renovations to our newly purchase house and solar is one of our projects. I was referred to 365 Solar because my close friend chose them for his house in Hacienda Heights.
Troy was very humble guy and very patient and knowledgeable to explain my power consumption and explain the pros and cons on the solar purchase options vs solar lease options. At the first we were leaning forwards leasing due to budget and concerns on cost of buying system. But after talking to Troy we have decided to finance the system and we actually save more with our finance payment over lease payment
