Yikes. Wasn't expecting to write a review but had a good experience getting solar. Much better than anticipated. When I was doing my research I asked a few places for pricing and what made them different. From the start Forme Solar was the recommended option when I compared them to other quotes. I was still a bit hesitant but with how well the process and service was I'm thrilled they met my expectations. No wait. Exceeded expectations. Forme Solar was as promised. The company own employees and not a subcontractor went above and beyond what was promised. With all the horror stories on solar companies installations I can't believe anyone would choose anyone other than Forme. I research solar companies for 9 months before selecting a local company with there own employees. It was one of my best decisions.

I found Forme Solar through Yelp. They were helpful and responsive. Their pricing was super competitive and the team was helpful in getting the project completed. My success manager at Forme gave me updates. It took a while waiting for the permit but after that point everything went by quickly. Helpful. Responsive. Good information.
Glad I went with black panels and microinverters. Even my neighbors have come by to ask about the roof solar.

Forme has been with us for every step, from the initial quite to the final follow-up after PTO was granted. We had a somewhat non-standard setup and they were very accommodating, answered all my questions, and. what is the most important, kept us in the loop for every step.
Installation was a breeze. Once all permits were signed, it took them less than a day to install everything. They took care of all paperwork, permits, communicating with SCE. etc.

My husband and I love Forme. We went through and picked a number of the high-rated ones, but ended up going with Forme Solar. They were very informative, detailed, and had very reasonable pricing, but most of all they were warm and very approachable. We also had our roof redone through them (Cal State Roofing). It took awhile longer to get our roof done and panels installed due to delays caused by this pandemic, but we are still happy with it all - from start to finish. =)

Got a solar energy consultation from Forme Solar. They provided me options on how I could lower my monthly SCE costs and it was pretty easy! I spoke with several other solar companies in OC, but Forme was the most helpful. Marlon sent me a proposal and helped me see the costs of solar panels and other areas my home could reduce electricity costs. Their cost was pretty much on par to the other quotes I got from solar contractors.
The installation was completed a few weeks ago and went off without a hitch. One of the installers came back for an inspection and we passed. Took a week after the install

I could not be MORE impressed with Forme Solar.
Here's why.
1) Permit: working permits through my city is TERRIBLE. These guys were amazing getting permits and inspections done.
2) Roofing: I needed a new roof to go with my solar panels. They gave me a fair price and did an excellent job tearing off my old one and getting my new one, passing two inspections by a usually brutal inspector.
3) Pricing: I did three separate quotes and I can tell you Forme Solar was very fair in their pricing and honest in the options I had.
4) Solar install: Easy one day install. Inspection the next

Nick was so helpful to us during our research into solar for our house. I had 8 quotes for my home and narrowed it down to Forme Solar. These guys were great. Asked them to come look at solar for my mom's house in the valley. They wore masks walking up and were very respectful about social distancing. Bobby and Nick explained everything, from the process, to the installation, and the system. They weren't pushy to sell. When we decided to move forward, Terry pretty much held my mom… 's hand and handled all the permits, and made her feel happy throughout the installation process. The fact that they worked so well to make my Mom feel cared for, meant the world to me.
