Riba did excellent work and provided exceptional customer service in replacing two skylights which were over 30 years old. Currently available skylights are slightly smaller so they installed molding around the edges in the interior shaft so the metal framing would not be visible. This proved to be a challenge given all the angles and slants in the shaft, but Riba came back twice to ensure the job was completed in a high quality manner. Riba also repaired where a leak had damaged the wall and repainted the room. I had used Riba on a previous job and will definitely use them again given the outstanding

I was looking for honest service which has considerable expertise to fix a damaged area by squirrel on the trim of the roof of my townhouse. Great experience with RIBA from start to finish. After looking as several choices I worked with Rich determining the type of windows that i needed which would work best within my budget. I had several choices of trim and Rich helped me decide the best color that would accent my brick home. I was given a date to expect delivery and installation. Because rain was foretasted and potentially would push the installation, RIBA worked with me to store the windows in a more convenient location in my back yard where they would be out of my way. These guys came out and bid on a roofing replacement I had. They were the least expensive of the three, and although I usually go for the "middle" bid, something told me these guys would do a great job. They traveled pretty far from the city to my house, and it took them three days to get the roof off and a new one put on. No complaints about the long drive. They were professional, someone was supervising all the time, and they cleaned up everything before they left. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them.
