So its been a couple of months since my new roof top unit was installed. I called three companies and did my due diligence. Initially I spoke to Bobbie on the phone and she gave me a quote. No none since straight quote and assured me it was not a bait and switch kind of situation. I called a couple of day later and scheduled the replacement. The day before the install she sent some to look at the equipment to verify and also to look at my angle iron stand, who knew right. The next day two gentlemen showed up, then the crane, and before I knew it the process was done. What an easy and great experience

I was pleased when they installed two A/C units for us, but now they're not interested in doing their job. I have called twice to have someone come look at the one unit. Talked to the owner, Scott on a Saturday. He said he would call on Monday, then come look at the unit. He didn't call so I called his office. The girl in the office acts like she doesn't care, so I don't even know if the owner gets his messages and seems rude. It has been almost a month, still a no show and I don't want to call the office and talk to that rude girl, plus I shouldn't have to.

Over the past 10years; we have used Scott Guerin Heating and Cooling for our personal house, at the office I work at; on the maintenance building where I work. I have not come across another company that can beat his price, the professionalism of his staff both in the office and the technicians that work in the field. I've heard local companies, here in Green Valley, bad mouth his company; but never have actually witnessed or been a victim of any sort of a bad experience. But then again, ANYONE can post something bad on google! They install a quality product at price well below their competitors

Can not say enough about the excellent service we received in replacing our heat/air conditioning units. Everything was top notch from the office to the the installers. This was an attic replacement and was done in June 14-16 during record heat. Quality equipment at affordable prices.

When we decided to add air conditioning after living with an evaporative cooler for 25 years, I realized I needed to get a minimum of three estimates, as I am pretty ignorant in this field. We got 6 quotes before selecting Scott Guerin to replace our 26 yr old ac/furnace. They install Day & Night products and their prices are excellent. The installation by Marcos & Dave took less than a day. They were very friendly, answered our questions and left our garage as clean as when they arrived.
