Didn't disclose price before he came, made it seem like he was doing it for free. When the work was done he initially said 250 and I said no way, so he did bring price down to 150 for his time.
Didn't suggest to go through homeowners insurance to see if the inspection was covered.
When he arrived he took a couple of pictures of the roof, didn't take pictures or look underneath the roof near where the leak actually took place.
Didn't come prepared with another smaller ladder, used excuse when asked that his larger ladder would scuff the walls in the house.
Didn't use the opening on the roof

K&S Roofing crew was very knowledgeable and professional. K&S Roofing came down and gave us an estimate for a repair job, since the original company 1st Choice Roofing would not honor their warranty. They replaced the main beam, replaced a bunch of rotten wood, and replaced a lot of the trusses. They were very fast and reliable. We will dedinitely be using this company for our future repairs.

Nothing but praise for Larry Katzler's K and S Roofers. I needed whole house window cleaning on very short notice and he accommodated me. He and his employee arrived promptly, behaved professionally, and cleaned both interior and exterior windows of my 2-story home and patio room. His price was more than competitive and the windows look great! He also helped clear a clogged gutter. I will happily recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
