Here at CMR, we do our bids a little differently. As a custom builder, most of our jobs are project specific - this means there are several factors to consider before a price can be determined. We prefer to perform our due diligence and visit with you in the potential project space. We strive to earn your business and feel that this honest face-to-face approach is better for both the customer and us as well.
Our sunrooms allow you to enjoy the full beauty of the outdoors, while eliminating the problems associated with inclement weather, bugs and other outdoor annoyances. This space can become a family fun room, a recreational/hobby room, a TV room or simply a room where you can unwind. It's perfect for an office, your new hot tub, or exercise equipment.
Operable Pergolas are often called Louvered Roofs. These roofs are designed to let you take control of the weather. The roof can open up to reveal the lattice top of a pergola when the weather is nice and you want to enjoy maximum sunshine and views. When closed, it forms a solid water-tight roof when you want protection from the sun or inclement weather.
Our permanent Ultimate Screen Room features high-quality vinyl sashes that protect against the elements like wind and rain and block up to 99 percent of all harmful UV rays. Protection from the sun doesn't stop there - our screen rooms all have solid thermal roofs that deflect the sun's heat, providing an unmatched level of protection and comfort.

Everything about working with CMR was pretty much the best I could think of. The quality of the work was good, the sale pitch while upselling wasn't pushy if you wanted changes, I got what I paid for when we signed on. Work was done quickly and when issues with my house were found they decided to try to fix it on their own without just pushing the effort onto a different contractor.

The whole process from beginning to end was awesome! It was so much fun to see our design ideas come to life with their digital models and picking out the materials was definitely overwhelming but the staff was such a huge help and made the task so much easier by inviting us back into the showroom to put some sample stones together for that perfect look.
We had new patio pavers installed and patio cover.
The end result was more than perfect!

CMR is an amazing contractor to work with!! They did an amazing job meeting our timeline to completion and even squeezed us in to get our under-decking completed for June and I can not thank them enough for that! Joe Turk was great to work with. He was so responsive to any of my text or comments and made the project go smoothly. Victor and his crew of installers was also amazing!! So nice to talk to and so quick in his install (and it looks great!). They did an amazing job and our underdecking looks AMAZING!!

CMR Outdoor Living rebuilt our deck for us last week and we couldn't be happier! They were great to work with through the estimate process, helping us to understand our options and answering our questions. They kept us regularly informed as to when the work could be scheduled, completed the project in a timely manner, and cleaned up the area when finished. We have been in touch with CMR since last year's Home and Garden Show. We are very happy with the Patio Cover they just installed for us and we can't wait to use it this summer. Craig is very knowledgable and knows my husband doesn't want to maintain anything. I wish we would have purchased this years ago. NO more umbrellas!!!!
