We had the absolute best experience with this company and the technician was top notch. His customer service, personality, and taking the time to explain to us what he was doing was greatly appreciated. The only downfall is that we like the tech so much that we wanted to request him for all of our future needs only to find out that was his last day. Javier truly knows what he’s doing and the care he takes with the customer, you don’t get that type of customer service anymore. Javier seemed to really enjoy what he does.Come back Javier!!!

Ricky came out to inspect our residence because we thought one of our guests may have brought bed bugs into our home. Ricky was on time, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. The price quoted over the phone was what we ended up paying as well. This is the second time I have used this company and I plan on coming back! I highly recommend their service. Good news, no bed bugs!

Absolutely outstanding service. Would give them more stars if I could. Called them at 4:45 on a Friday before a holiday weekend because bees were swarming and starting to come in the house. Thomas and Javier came out within 15-20 minutes and took care of the problem. Could not have asked for better service. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend Gillen. We will definitely use them again and suggest you do so as well.

We had two of the In2Care mosquito buckets placed near our swimming pool to help with mosquito repellent. The buckets works great… We’ve been able to enjoy being outside without the pesky insects.
