I've been a customer since March of this year and have been satisfied with their service. My quarterly service was due and Mr. John Sullivan came out but was only able to do the exterior since we weren't home. A little over a week later I called to see if I could arrange for someone to come out and do the interior and the representative scheduled me with no problems.

Clayton did a rodent inspection, and Daniel followed up with the recommended steps to control rodents that had moved from my neighbor's yard to my attic. Both were very thorough, explaining everything they saw/services they performed. I also use Bugco for quarterly yard treatments and continue to be pleased with the great service

Out of every experience I have had needing pest control assistance, hands down BUGCO went above and beyond in every aspect of the service they provide. I am incredibly grateful and relieved that I found a company that is reliable, informative and has shown a great deal of professionalism and care when helping me to get rid of crazy ants that in a very short time became a huge problem. One of which was not something i could solve on my own with the typical bug spray. The treatment was a success! Finally no more ants! I got an excellent service from BUGCO. Vicente and Daniel are experts and capable of their job and it was easy to understand what kind of treatment I was going to need, also Vicente did a great job with the follow up. After having two pest control services from other companies without success, I found BUGCO, and I feel comfortable staying at my place now without any bug issue. I worked with 2 other bug companies before using Bugco. I tried for 2 years to get rid of my neighbor's bugs that came over when they remodeled their newly purchased home.
The other companies came out up to every three weeks for months. The bugs persisted.
When Bugco came out, the bugs decreased dramatically. By the second quarter visit, I was seeing less than 1 per week. As of my 3rd quarterly visit, I have seen absolutely NO bugs. None in 3 months. I just had my 4th quarterly visit and still no bugs. Thank goodness for Bugco! I'll be certain to keep up with my quarterly

Bugco literally saved me thousands of dollars by avoiding tent fumigation all the other companies were trying to recommend. They were on time, professional and delivered as promised. I was very pleased they were able to work with my short time frame, preventing my closing from being pushed back! Paid for a whole year (4 visits) and they only came three times. Never call you to schedule your next appointment. Only received a postcard reminder once. Bugco only sprays the inside and the outside of the house, not the yard, trees or plants. Anyhow I found another pest control that cost me $99 a visit and they treat the inside of the house, attic, place traps in my garage, spray the outside of the house plus the entire yard, front and back, trees and plants when needed. Bugco was a waste of money and time.

This company has a driver white male around mid-late 30's that I unfortunately encountered this morning on Wurzbach Parkway at around 8:00 am near the Thousand Oaks exit.This driver terrorized me for about 5 miles slamming on his breaks not allowing me to pass him as he was literally going 50mph in the left lane, damn near causing me to wreck my car. I'm a petite female so can't understand why he would go out of his way to drive a company vehicle so recklessly. Can't say enough great things about BugCo! They try to come out the same day and their 90-warranty is honored with timeliness and respect. Best of all, they use mostly (if not all) natural and safe, but effective control methods for pests. I'm very satisfied with the service and both Andrew and Joseph were informative and efficient.

After calling around to multiple pest control companies, Bugco had the most affordable price. My inspector, Bill, did an excellent job. Not only was he on time, but he was professional and friendly. He explained what he was looking for and answered all my questions! I highly recommend using this company if you're looking for a termite inspector for your home!

Great company and great service. BUGCO was a great choice, referred to us by a home inspector company. We are buying a house and BUGCO gave us peace of mind by thoroughly checking the home and letting us know we were good to go. Billy was prompt, friendly, and professional-showed up and took care of his inspection then took the time to explain what pests were common in the area and what we should look out for. No gimmicks here! They've really personalized the service our home requires seasonally. From wasps and fire ants to ticks, springtails and everything in between (though the neighborhood cicada killer has escaped their hand, I'm confident that is only because the prehistoric nightmare has burrowed itself into someone else's yard that doesn't use BugCo, and should)!
