Let me just start by saying that I have never written a review. I have used Hilltop twice when I was in an emergency situation and the are by far one of the best service companies I have ever dealt with. They came when I needed them, the service men were extremely professional , honed in on the problem and corrected it efficiently.

I have used Hilltop Fuel for many years and I would recommend them to everyone! Always knowledge, courteous, timely and super helpful! The office staff has, on many occasions, gone out of there way to help me out...like I'm family! Its such a pleasure working with them! The delivery guys and techs are always very professional and a pleasure. Its very comforting to know that in the dead of winter, if I have a problem with my heat, I can count on them to get be back up a running immediately! Thank you Hilltop!!

Recently signed up for oil auto-delivery and the boiler service plan. The staff has been pleasant and easy to work with. Joey came to do the boiler cleaning/tuneup and did a good thorough job. He gave helpful tips and was happy to answer the questions I had. Hilltop seems like a good company focused on customer service.

When we moved into our new home I shopped around and found that Hilltop is the best by far. They gave us a good price for a new Roth oil tank and were efficient and courteous. They always fill the oil before it runs out and when I had a problem with the heat someone came over right away and fixed the problem. The office staff is very pleasant and so are the serviceman. They are the best.

Hilltop is a GREAT company and this is why......
When my husband passed away in 2016, I needed to find a company that would clean my 2 furnaces (I have a 2-family home). So, I contacted what I thought was a reputable company (at least that is what they state on their commercials). They came and did what I thought was a nice job but then I received their bill in the mail for $1000.00 and they didn't even replace anything. I called them to complain about the bill and they said that was the price and that was that and if I didn't pay my bill they would see me in court. I am a young 85 years old and

I have been a customer of Hilltop Fuel for many years. I love working with this company. They have been there many times when I had emergencies, always providing fast responses and completing the work with utmost care. Through email, I am reminded of when to set up my maintenance and they are very thorough with explaining my system. Along with maintaining my furnace and installing a new tank, they also deliver my oil. Prices are good and employees are the best around. GREAT Company and GREAT customer service!!!

We recently had our furnace die and wanted to replace it with an HVAC unit. I called around to a few companies to get an idea of what it would cost. John from Hilltop came out the same day for an estimate, and I was impressed by his professionalism and helpfulness. He and his team did a great job installing our new unit just a few days later. I will happily call Hilltop anytime I need hearing or cooling help!

My husband and I have been using Hilltop Fuel since 2009. I have never had any problem with them. We call and they come, it's that simple. They do not price gauge and they offer discounts for seniors. My furnace was smoking and the gentleman that was working that night came to my house and was able to take care of the problem.
