A framer and roofer by trade from Rochester, New York, Terry took a big risk in building his first house in 1983. Thirty-seven years later, Terry and his team of experts are still building beautiful custom homes in DFW and have been named D Magazine's Best Home Builder since 2006.

Dean was born and raised in Wisconsin, but he got to Texas as soon as could. Like Terry, he followed the building boom to Dallas and the two met up on a construction site in 1980. They have been working together ever since. Dean's field experience prior to Holmes Builders paved the way for his role as Vice President of Construction.
