I can not put into words how beautifully well made and stunning the lamps I purchased are. They took the time to personally FaceTime and walk me through the shop to choose just the right ones. I discovered the store while visiting and they made shopping from my home in South Carolina easy, with a personal touch. I will definitely be gift shopping again in the future.

I went to this place because I bought a lamp in Istanbul and the shop keeper told me that there is another shop in Saint Helena, CA. My husband and I went there to see if we could buy bigger lamp and were greeted by Ibrahim Agirman, owner. He asked us questions to see what was suitable for our needs (the height of the ceiling etc.). He invited us to go and take a look at his warehouse for more lamps to choose from. We were overwhelmed with so many lamps; however, he helped us to choose the lamp. He gave us a very good price and we are very happy with the lamp we purchased. These use American bulbs

This store is a “must go to” when my husband and I are in the Napa area. We have worked with TJ over the years, and he has been wonderful! He has such a great sense of humor and always makes the shopping experience fun. Everything is packaged to travel well; we look forward to seeing him each time we are stopping in.

I visited this beautiful store the other day and saw a bag I loved but did not need at all. I could not stop thinking of it while I shopped around at other stores so I popped back in and looked at again. I admired it for a bit and thought about how much I loved it but again did not need it. The gentleman in there could NOT HAVE BEEN more kind to me and patient as I went back and fourth with my husband of how much use I would get out of it. BUT I WANTED IT! The handsome gentleman was so nice and understood my dilemma and I explained I lived in NY and I hardly ever travel.I being a big Mary Poppins

We had a great experience with the owner. I have bought many rugs in my live . I had been shopping around the Bay Area for another rug.
And by surprise My wife and I just happen to stumble into Ottoman art.Met this fine gentle man who I liked right away. Like magic I found the rug I was waiting for, and I got a super deal ,and a good price , very happy.

I travel to Istambul yearly and I was surprised when the man in this store told me a floor lamp cost $1200 😮 when the same lamp in Istambul cost around $150! I asked him why so expensive and I told him I travel there yearly, he them got very agitated and said he only worked there and that was the price. I couldn’t believe! Also, there is another guy who bought a bracelet in this store for $400 he was told it was silver, comes to find out the bracelet was just metal and was worth $20.00
Please be careful also when buying rugs, many times the rugs and other merchandise in Turkey is from China

My wife and I wandered in to Ottoman while strolling through St. Helena on our most recent trip to Napa in September, 2020. The handmade Turkish mosaic lamps and rugs are amazing. It is truly artwork. Ibrahim and TJ were incredibly customer-focused and a pleasure to interact with.
We found a chandelier for a home we are building; TJ shipped it across the country without incident; and we placed it in just the right spot. We will make it a point to stop in the store each year during out Napa trip and encourage you to do the same. You will not be disappointed.
