This company had cleaned my home for years. After inquiring with the owner why a part of my home Stopped being cleaned the past two visits she told me her ladies don’t like cleaning my home and would not be coming back. She told me this the morning my house was due to be cleaned.
Very poor customer service and professionalism for someone who has been consistently using this businesses services for years.

After receiving an estimate from Blanca, I called to schedule two weeks in advance, explaining to the person that answered the phone I had already received the estimate. I was very surprised when Blanca showed up the scheduled day just to give me another estimate and totally unprepared to clean my home. As we had guest coming that afternoon and me on my way out the door to work, it left me in a real jam. Needless to say I can not speak to how good of a job this company does cleaning as they left me high and dry. I know mistakes happen but I didn't even receive an apology or an attempt to make things
