It all starts with us taking a look at what needs to be done - and usually it's not as bad as you think. We'll let you know how long it's going to take and what it's going to require. We are very careful about our company Cleaning Services. If you want everything to be really clean, we'll start by removing any of the furniture we can.
Flu and cold season is rapidly approaching, and workplaces may see an increase in the number of employees using sick days if they become ill. We saw this business on Groupon and decided to try them (I believe we paid $90 for a 3 man-hours job. Our house is about 1700 square feet, so that sounded appropriate).
A few other reviewers mentioned the slow responsiveness of the office, to which I kinda agree, they're not the quickest to get back to you. However, this isn't a deal breaker, and I had an appointment confirmation within 24 hours.
The two maids called a couple of hours before the agreed time, and said they could actually show up an hour early, which worked great for us. They arrived at the new agreed time and did a great job.

Maryland Maids does great work! We had a service scheduled that needed to be moved due to my emergency c-section. We notified them from the hospital after our son was born the day of our scheduled service and they were very accommodating, congratulating us and telling us not to worry - we could call at our convenience to reschedule. We were not charged a late cancellation fee and a few months later when we rescheduled after emerging from the new parent fog (ha!), we were once again blown away by their customer service and attention to detail. Thank you, Maryland Maids!
