We had garage door issues and my vehicle was stuck in the garage. I called “My Garage Guys” and spoke to Doug. He had just finished a job and was able to come out to us right away, He showed up before the window time and was amazing. Repaired the issue in less than 30 minutes. I had asked about the noise the garage is making and he looked at the wheels and showed me the ware and tear on them so I decided I wanted to get them changed and he took care of that as well. Doug was very personable and honest with everything I would certainly recommend them to others.

We live out of the normal service area of Phoenix. We were struggling to find a technician in our area or Tucson that would be willing to drive 2.5 hrs. Doug was very responsive on the initial call and immediately quoted the estimate for repairs, and set up service call was the following week. Within a few days of calling we had our garage door springs replaced in less than an hour. So happy to have our garage door working again. My Garage Guys have repair my garage door spring previously so I gave them a call when I was having a problem with the door opening all the way every time. Doug came out and, of course, we could not duplicate the problem. He checked a few things and then figured it was the gear drive. He had to order one and said he would be back on a specified day. He arrived as promised. He showed how the gear drive is supposed to look and how mine was looking. Fixed the whole thing in about a half hour. Very personable, we chatted the whole time. Doug is an absolute pro, fixed all of our garage door issues efficiently. We went from having a garage door that sounded like a train coming through our house to one we can’t hear. On two separate occasions I have used My Garage Guys and owner Doug took care of my garage needs. Both times have been super easy to schedule and Doug always tries to accommodate his customer's schedule. Having this flexibility is a wonderous quality that I appreciate. My Garage Guys, owner Doug, replaced my broken springs. What an absolute pleasure to find someone honest, and, above reproach! So seldom seen these days. Doug not only replaced the springs that, by the way, were the wrong size, to begin with, but, the price was beyond fair. I have had springs replaced before for twice the price! Doug came out for an estimated. I damaged 2 panels of my large 2 car garage. Doug told me that my hinges are made of plastic and the panels are old and I need to replace them all. I told him how can the hinges be plastic in AZ heat w large 2car garage? why not just replace just the 2 panels? He replied. They don't make them anymore. Quote was 1000 for new garage door. Husband called him. Doug told husband he just quoted me for a new garage and that it! Call another company that can replace the panels for 100 bucks a piece! Thank you!

It's too bad the stars only go to five, I would give them a 10!! Late in the day I called because the springs had broken on my garage door. He could not make it out that day. I told him I was a bit desperate because we were leaving town the next day and I could not lift the door open. He stopped by jut to help me get the door open so I could get my car out even though his schedule was swamped.
We when got back in town he fixed our garage door quickly and for a great price. But the story didn't end there, three days later we had a power surge that messed up our garage door system

I just needed a spring repaired which they did at a reasonable price. They came out the day I called and were even a few minutes early. Service guy Sean was a pleasure to work with and even went above and beyond and programmed a keyless entry that we had been having trouble with. It was 107 degrees outside and he kept fooling with it for a while until he got it right.

It's as if my garage door spring never broke! Not knowing anything about garage doors or the components involved, I called around and got a few quotes. I went with My Garage Guys as I appreciate the fact the owner of was no-nonsense and not trying to up-sell me on parts or services I didn't need. I paid just under $300 bucks for a new spring (had also added another spring to the other side of the garage as well) and replaced the cables. The owner also lubed the rest of the door at no extra charge. All-in-all, a very smooth transaction and only paid about half of what my other quotes were

My Garage Guys were great! The spring on my garage door broke and they were quick to come out and fix it. Doug is very good at explaining everything that needs to be done. A few months later my mom had an accident while backing out of the garage and I told her to call Doug. She was so upset and Doug was so kind and made her feel so much better. He even recommended an amazing auto body mechanic that gave them a great deal and did great work as well. I definitely recommend them and am so glad I found them. I was extremely pleased with the work done by this business. Doug came out just hours after I called him to assess the situation concerning some rather entangled garage door wires and weak springs. The very next day Sean showed up exactly on schedule to fix everything which he did, quickly and efficiently. We had used My Garage Guys previously at our San Tan Valley home but we were so satisfied with the work done there that when this garage door at our other home needed service we called them instead of the number on the old sticker from another company that was pasted on the door. I called late one night about 7 after a no show from someone else, I barraged Doug with all kinds of questions, he came out early next morning, called for Availability of product, had the late slot open, as I wanted asap and Shaun I think is normally done late afternoon but he did my door. Both Doug & Shaun were very attentive to my need & curiosities of all my questions, would recommend them, great job!

I found this service on yelp. I was in an emergency as I was moving out and damaged the
garage door on the home I was renting. They were fast with an estimate and beat everyone else's price. They rearranged their schedule to squeeze me in for that day to repair the garage door. I had My Garage Guys automate two garage doors on a property. Jeremiah did a fantastic job. On top of that, he showed up on time (a rare occurrence).The price I paid was lower than three other local businesses quoted over the phone. It was also very well worth paying extra to make the garage doors slide more smoothly since they had not been maintained for a decade by the previous owners. I now have two double garages automated, making them so much easier to use. The job was done in about three hours.
