This morning I messaged Paul and asked if he could come look at my garage door as something had gone awry last night. He responded right away and was at my house this afternoon. He was very courteous and kindly educated me on everything he was doing and what the problem was. He was able to quickly resolve the problem and make things work for the time being until we decide to replace some parts. I am overall very pleased with the service he provided and would recommend him to anyone!

Words cannot express how thankful we are for Paul. I reached out to him last night due to the garage door breaking. He responded first thing this morning. Did not try to up charge or anything. Absolute garage doors (AGD), is a fine example of true customer service and value for money.
My car was trapped in the garage when the overhead spring broke. With one call to AGD, I had a reputable company on its way within a few hours.
The appointment was set for between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. Paul called ahead of time and arrived at around 1:00pm, when he said he would.
The garage door was repaired in no time. A full inspection was performed and Paul even replaced missing bolts.

Paul was phenomenal! We scheduled stucco before even thinking about the garage door. Ours was from the 1950s and had no rails or tracks at all. We knew this would be pretty custom, but Paul was able to get our equipment and get the garage door installed before the stucco was finished so that the finish was like a brand new exterior! Paul gutted the whole system and installed brand new tracks with extremely high head clearance, considering the size of the garage. Absolutely AMAZING customer service!! HIGHLY recommend. We were packing up for the night tonight and went to close our garage door. It wouldn't shut!!! We realized shortly that it was definitely not something we could fix on our own. I searched the neighbor Facebook page and found Paul's name recommended by a lot of people. I called him after 8:00 pm desperate for help! Paul answered immediately. Within 20 minutes he was at our house quickly fixing our issue! He explained everything that was going on and walked us through his fixes. He made recommendations on others issues he found and saved us
