Fast, responsive customer service even 1.5 years after installation! Our shower glass door needed an adjustment 18 months after installation. I called to request help and three days later, a technician was at our house fixing it for free. It only took 5 minutes to fix it with the proper tools and we are so grateful for the fast service!!!

Family owned low quality company who had lock in the area years ago before competition became the name of the game. They would not remove faulty glass and claimed I was just too picky because I shouldn't expect a glass door so close to a window to Appear to be free of defects. Don't waste your time with these bozos, call Hilton head glass to make your life easier. You will not be sorry.

If you live in Sun City, do NOT call these people. I have been by their show room, picked out a shower door, and was told someone would be by to measure. I never heard from them. I have called 3 times since, was asked to give them another try - BUT - Michael (the owner) is going on vacation so not to expect a call for a couple of weeks. Really?! Obviously Michael does not desire Sun City business, so I think we should all help him out on this.

I called the company on 02/20 and made a tentative appointment to have a glass table moved. I was told by "Mike" that it would be the end of the week and he would call. On 02/25 I called to confirm the appointment with a very unprofessional receptionist that told me to expect a call from "Mike." On 02/26 I called and was told by the same receptionist in a rude tone that "Mike" called and no one answered. According to my phone no one called and no one left a message. I had to cancel an Open House that was advertised and scheduled for that weekend due to an empty dining room. I have yet to hear from

I don't know what's changed in the last few years because they used to be great. Their receptionist lacks basic phone and communication skills, can't seem to give information or complete a sentence. To get someone out to estimate took over a week and when they did come, didn't inform anyone and were rude. It's been over a week and I STILL haven't gotten the price. And don't when I will either because of the receptionist above mentioned lack of communication skills.
