My overall experience with expert solar has been beyond fantastic. They have worked with me every step of the way and I have really been blown away by their amazing customer service. Any questions or concerns I've had, they have been quick to address them. Quick shout out to Ben, Jackie and Ron for getting the job done, I really appreciate your dedication to your customers. Note with covid things are going slower such as city inspections etc. But hopefully with the covid restrictions slowly changing it will fix that. We decided to go solar after a consultation appointment with Expert Solar Pros. They came to our house, did an energy analysis, and were able to give us a plan and quote on the same day.
The install went pretty smoothly as well over two days. We were finally able to turn on our panels about a month later and have since seen our electric bill decrease significantly.

I recently contacted this company for an estimate after having a few others come out. I have to admit I have been educating myself with each estimate. However, when the gentleman arrived he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly understanding of my needs. They never tried to up sell me or disregard my concerns. They understood exactly what i was i looking for as well as understood my budget. This was not the first company i called, but it was indeed the last company i called. I had to wait until everything was said and done before I felt comfortable leaving a review. I did not know a thing about solar energy before my consultation with Expert Solar, but they were so informative and knowledgeable, I felt comfortable switching to the new solar system they designed for our home! Very Happy with my. Solar system. Very smooth process . from the meeting the energy consultant .to the installation. They showed me how I can take control of my electric bill and avoid the rising cost. Now I can run lights. That I worried about having on before.
