I rated what I believe to be my truth on Google and the company got very upset. And they were going to do my rental and I was told unless I change my review they would not do it. If this is not extortion for good reviews I don't know what is, attached is my screenshot conversation. Stay far away from this company, they lie like there is no tomorrow.

We had no issues with Convert Solar. They did not pressure us to buy and they were very easy to deal with. The sales person, Melissa was awesome! The installs were super and took care of our yard and removed all their excess material. They let us know when they were coming and they did a very professional job. We are waiting on Dominion Power to replace the meter so we can start using our solar. They have always called before coming which they only had to do once to program the solar edge monitoring system. Highly recommend them. Thanks Convert Solar.

Everything up to and including install went smoothly, but every day since has been a nightmare. They NEVER tell you when they are coming. They just show up at your door. They installed a malfunctioning… inverter. So the first tech two weeks after install just shows up to try and reprogram it. No dice. Then the guys to replace the inverter just shows up a few days later. Again no warning that they are coming.
Inverter is finally working, but then a few days later at 8am I had the scare of my life during a shower thinking there was an intruder in my house. Nope, just the Convert Solar installers

I had a SolarEdge system installed on my roof a few years ago and have been enjoying having electric bills with $0.00 amounts. A few months ago I received a voice mail from someone offering to do service on my system, but ignored it thinking that it was a sales call. Recently, I started thinking about the message so I looked at my SolarEdge account… and saw that the system stopped communicating back in May. It turns out that the company that did the installation had gone out of business, so Convert Solar, who was monitoring my system, reached out to me proactively. That right there is excellent

My experience with Solar Energy was A+ with Convert Solar
Tony was great and very helpful; he gave me an awesome deal which was much better than anyone in the solar market. He explained everything and showed comparative data from the start and handled our 1,000+ questions that we had.
Convert solar team did an awesome job installing the panels; the… crew was very professional and walked me through the entire process during installation and adjusted the solar panel according to the way we were anticipating. Overall, this project required very little from me once I made the initial choices

I had received and rejected proposals from 4 other companies before my wife heard them present at a conference. She thought they might be different and they were. They came out quickly and mapped out the panel locations, estimated return on investment, materials take off and a pricing proposal very soon thereafter. It was great. The price was… affordable, they diod not try to sell me "extras" and installation was completed in two days. The best part is that I have been keeping a log of KWH and monthly costs compared to per-solar ramp up and performance has actually exceeded their proposal
