No customer service. At all. No one EVER answers the phone. Your emails are not responded to. I highly recommend NOT placing an order with Avente. There is absolutely no guarantee that you will get updates on your order or receive your order in any timeframe that is promised. So sad. Only option for recourse would have to be legal.

Initial dealings were great and Bill was helpful and knowledgeable. First order arrived on pallette with minor and understandable damage. We underestimated and needed to order two more boxes that were shipped UPS. I sadly did not open the new boxes until tile setter arrived a couple of weeks later. All of the tile in the new two boxes were broken and chipped and we're unusable. I phoned and emailed Bill immediately and, to this day, I never heard back from him. I live in an area where thousands of homes were destroyed by fires a couple of years ago ( my house was fine). Getting trades in is difficult

Ordering from Avenue was the worst experience of my life. Bill is a lying creep. He buys his tiles from a local factory but goes to elaborate lengths to pretend he is walking the factory floor. He is the company’s only employees but pretends he’s in meetings with The Board. Talk to him once and your skin will crawl. Don’t throw your money and time and sanity down this black hole.
