I first called the company to schedule a septic pumping/cleaning. They told me 10/12 days.
3 weeks later I call them & they made up a reason saying it had to be dry in the notes. I never told them that, so they said your next on the list. Here it is another two weeks later & they haven’t even called me. I could of had 5 other companies in by now, but unlike them I am a man of my word I committed to them. 100% look around unless you like the the service window 1 week to 2 months

We needed to have our septic system serviced, our neighbors suggested we give O'Neail's a call. Well if you like waiting for nothing this is your place! Waited for 2 months for someone to come out, they even told us we didn't have to be home. They will call you but leave no message. So if you're at work and can't answer your phone they will just skip you. Terrible customer service!

Great service! Randy was very knowledgeable considering our subdivisions unique situation with the septic/sewer and water. He arrived quickly and knew the exact problem almost immediately. He explained everything to me which I appreciated. What stuck out to me the most is that he quoted the job to be $100 more than what it actually ended up to be, and then TOLD me! You don't find honest people much less companies who wouldn't pocket just pocket the money and not say a word. That's amazing. I will be using this company in the near future and I will highly recommend them to anyone needing good, honest

The person that we used to rent our house from used this service, and he always came very quickly and did a good job. BUT, we bought the house from our landlord, and he came out once. I've tried texting and calling, and have waited for at least a week to hear back from him. He never got in touch with us, and we had to go with someone else in order to get our holding tank pumped out. NOT GOOD SERVICE!!!!
