Out of all the companies we spoke to (many) this was the only company that actually listened to our problem (heat/cooling differences between floors ) this was the only company that listened and explained to us different options (mini splits, new units with zoning) and worked with us for the correct solution for us not their favorite bandaids. We are extremely happy and now have the most comfortable house in the neighborhood.

I chose Peak Heating & Air after evaluating their bid for a new heating and air system against five other HVAC contractors. Their price was the best and they installed everything as expected. The install process was smooth, and they took special care to understand my request to free up space so I could more easily access space in my furnace room and now I can even get to the filter without trying to squeeze it into a tight space. After another heating/cooling company in our area told us our heating system was near death and tried to scare us into spending thousands of dollars on a brand new furnace, we contacted Peak for a second opinion. They’ve helped us get a lot more life out of our heating system and done amazing heating/cooling maintenance work for us. Jon was the Peak Heating and Air Service technician who installed a new dryer vent for us. He was so professional, skilled, and answered all my questions. He went over and above cleaning up the dust afterwards from changing out old dryer hose. He greeted my 2 year old son and was friendly. Peak installed a whole new system for my house last year. Everything was fine until we started it up this year and it just wasn't cooling properly. So I called them and they were out same day! It was a fairly minor issue that Kevin fixed promptly.
They were 100% honest about everything, offered the best price for the unit when installed and didn't bat an eye on the warranty repair. Not a single ounce of red tape or hassle with anything.

Just had a new Goodman system installed by Peak Heating and Air. First off, Chuck and his crew are very knowledgeable and experienced. Chuck was able to provide some solutions to getting better air flow in my older home without 'breaking the bank' - I was pleasantly surprised they didn't try to 'overprice' in all kinda of frills or other items I didn't need, they just provided a simple and cost effective solution for my needs.
