Watson came highly recommended from our neighbors and lived up to the praise! We had insufficient/broken supply and returns in our home and several rooms were uncomfortable temperatures throughout the year. We received quotes from multiple companies prior to going with Watson. Watson had the most well thought out, affordable, honest and conservative solution. They adjusted their plan based on our needs and requests, provided a quote quickly, scheduled the work (very) quickly and communicated effectively with us through the entire process. I have had the semi-annual HVAC servicing package with Watson Heating and Cooling for the last two years, and been very pleased with them. Yesterday, while out of state for work, I received a notification from my thermostat that the heat had malfunctioned and that it believed the furnace was off. I contacted Watson, and within a couple of hours I had a response saying they would be there today. My thermostat was right, the heat was out. I was afraid my 20 year old furnace had finally given up, but Watson got it back up and running without even a part. I have found this to be an honest, hard working

Watson Heating and Cooling Never disappoints. I called Mike for an issue with a furnace in a rental property. He was able to stop by that day later in the afternoon to assess the problem. He found the bottom door latch on furnace was not latched, which caused the safety switch to not be closed, causing the furnace not to operate. Since it is getting warm, Mike started up of AC system and made sure the Freon levels are set, and cycled the AC system in preparation for warmer weather. He also suggested that the air filter be replaced, so I placed my order for that online today. Watson Heating and

It was a very cold day and our heater went out. We called Mike at the end of the day and he was able to come over right away and fix it. He was very professional and did a great job. His prices are reasonable and he does quality work. We will use him in the future when we need to replace our unit.
