Critical: Punctuality
I scheduled an appointment for them to come do a repair. They texted with a 2 hour window and never showed up. I called and they stated the tech did not see the appointment and had to reschedule for the next week. I scheduled the appointment around the time I was going to be home.

The tech did a very thorough diagnosis on my dishwasher and washing machine. He spent at least an hour on each before explaining both the issue and the cost of repair. Because both machines were near the end of their life expectancy, I decided not to repair either. But I did so with complete confidence because of the rigorous inspection. Absolutely worth the diagnostic fee

My wife is immune system is under stress due to being pregnant and is concerned about getting sick while she is pregnant as something as simple as a fever can cause serious issues with fetal development. With that said, I called and asked for a simple request that they wear a mask while they're inside our house. They returned, leaving a voicemail,… that said that 'none' of their technicians feel comfortable wearing a mask inside the house. Tim came out and diagnosed my clothes dryer "squeaky, squeaky, squeaky, squeaky, .... BANG!" issue to a broken tensioner pulley. Open dryer cover, swap broken bang-noisemaker, ops check good! Tim also gave me some DIY advise on my refrigerator. Once I checked it out, sure as ****, exactly what he described. Good team these guys! Thank you!

Super guys who know their stuff. Tim and Paul both arrived for my appointment and I would have been happy with either. Personable, competent, timely, no wasted energy. Repaired my dishwasher better than new and properly cleaned the space when they were done. Not cheap but very reasonable for the quality work they do. Look no further.

I purchased a Speed Queen Dryer and Washer new. I was never told of a delivery fee. Both units came in with dents on the exterior. I called and talk to the young lady but never the owner (Tim) and have yet to hear from him after two calls. 2300.00 for two dented machines. She told me they would wave the 100.00 delivery feed that I never was told about if I would keep the dented machines. If I wanted to have them replaced it would cost me 100.00. Still not a word from the owner. I picked a local business over Lowes hoping for better service. I was wrong. I will never do business with Byrd Appliance

Wonderful service! We are first home buyers and the first day of moving in, our dishwasher flooded. We called in a panic and in less than an hour someone was at our door. Knowing our situation (being new homeowners and just moving from out of state), they provided us great knowledge of our appliances, fixed everything we needed and answered every question we had. I will have them on speed dial for sure! Very polite, trustworthy and caring of their customers. Seriously, even with such a bad situation, they helped make our horrible situations much better!
