I call Watson's Appliance after another appliance repair company was unable to repair my under warranty Kitchen aid dishwasher. Marty came out did a complete evaluation of the machine, discovered the problem and repaired the dishwasher.
This was my first experience with Watson's, They will be my go to company from now on!

They're going to charge you for two service calls no matter what. Best to just diagnose the problem yourself and take it to someone who knows what they're doing. It took a week to get an appointment in the first place.
The kid he sent out charged me $80, then the owner sent an angry email about paying my taxes for me. For whatever reason being 29 with 3 kids means you can't be immature or have no idea what you're doing. Maybe he should train his employees to know what they're doing *and* charge the correct amount.
Absolute worst. Youtube tutorials and manuals & appliancepartspros

Horrible! They came to fix our washer and did not calibrate our water level, when I washed my first load it flooded my wash room. When I called them to tell them what happened, they were VERY rude, told me it MUST have been something I did wrong! I told them it was very bad business and they told me to find somebody else to fix it and they were not cleaning up the mess. When My husband called them they cussed him and told him the same thing.
They sent our check back....IF you don't stand by your work, your not a man of your word. Don't ever use this company...if they damage your property
